'Burn My Bridges' and XPNfest!

I'm excited to share the last unshared song from the Desert Dove sessions. Burn My Bridges is out now on all streaming and download platforms! Especially right now, this recording makes me miss being at a bar, dancing and playing music with my friends. It was inspired by too many late nights, parties and good times. The exact things I'm missing right about now. :) But sometimes you do just have to take an honest look at yourself and reel it in. I especially love the instrumentation on this recording, highlighting the stellar piano playing by Brian Whelan and pedal steel by Philip Sterk.

This weekend we should have been in New Jersey, sweating it out on stage at Xponential fest. Luckily Xponential fest is hosting the next best thing, exclusive performances made just for this event, streaming online all weekend. They'll have sets playing starting on Friday but tune in Sunday, 5pm EST for my set, airing right before Liz Phair!
